Who are we?

Colchester Neighborhood Farm (CNF) is a Baystate Certified Organic Farm, and also a National Bicentennial Farm. This designation means that Colchester Neighborhood Farm has been owned by the same family for the past 200 years. However, what makes CNF different and distinguished from other local CSA  is that in January 2012, New England Village signed a lease to assume operation of Colchester Neighborhood Farm. New England Village programs serve adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, including autism, Down Syndrome and sensory disabilities. Participants in New England Village day programs work for Colchester Neighborhood Farm. These men and women help to grow the vegetables we sell, receive a paycheck, and learn farming skills. We offer an tradition summer CSA share (full & half), a fall greens and roots share, and a 20 week egg share. We also have a retail farm stand, some pick your own veggies & flowers, and lots of wonderful farm animals for families to visit. Please visit our website to learn more.

  1. I am from the area and am very interested in participating in a CSA. If there is an opportunity for my family to sign up for the box program please let me know. Thanks so much!

  2. Hi Connie…

What an absolute delight to visit with you on your farm…

With great excitement, I look forward to participating as a member of the Colchester Neighborhood Farm… and, it will be a delight to introduce my grandaughter to the joys of tending the earth and reaping the bounty!!!

All of your wonderful, friendly animals brought a real childhood warmth to my heart (and, I am a long time since childhood).

I am looking forward to sharing in the hard work which you have already so obviously invested!

    Warm Regards….

    Bonnie
